PNK Drinks, a brand by Grapes and Tomatoes Trading Company, was founded by Jimmy O’Brien and Dylan Bartle. They first met in April 2000 when they joined the Royal Air Force.

With a combined 50 years of military experience, both men are highly skilled as Royal Air Force Parachute Jump Instructors and have served alongside UK Special Forces, teaching advanced parachuting techniques.

In 2018, after exploring the world and its cultures, they channeled their passion into opening G&T’s in Carterton, Oxfordshire. G&T’s is known for its vibrant live music and exceptional drinks, creating an ideal environment for socialising.

This passion culminated in the creation of PNK Drinks, distilled by Wood Bros Single Estate Distillery in Oxfordshire. PNK Drinks are British made, small batch, and offer a one-of-a-kind flavour.
